Hey Guys
Whats up hope everyones well. Its been a while since I have posted here. The last month has been the worst month for me windsurfing wise, I have had my head stuck in the computer up to my eyeballs with assignments and projects I guess that is the challenge I have to face compared with other windsurfers who are not studying in university. As I have gone on in college it is becoming increasingly difficult to find the perfect blend of both thank god I only have another year of college left and I can focus a lot more on my windsurfing. The good news is that the madness regarding college has subsided and it is coincidentally going to be windy the next couple of days, im not sure how much Ill enjoy being on the water considering how cold it is in Dublin at the moment. Looking back on the autumn for me it has been pretty poor for sailing never quite getting a string of solid conditions together partly because i missed most of the good season competing. I really wish I could head off to some warm water training as i see the pictures starting to flow in of the other european wave sailors who have begun their migration south to warmer and sunnier climates. Anyway hopefully some good action before christmas time should make up for the break in sailing.
Have been learning loads through the DIT Athlete support program on Nutrition and Time Management two things i find hard to balance as a windsurfer so hopefully will allow me to work more sailing and be better fuelled for it when I do.
